Self-referrals are not allowed (i.e. signing up for Easy-Peasy.AI through your own affiliate link)
Abuse, gaming, or attempting to mislead (i.e. posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites) will result in your account being permanently banned.
In some cases, we can give credit to an affiliate even if the customer didn’t sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code. If you have a case like this, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
No search engine ads on branded terms or domain names, Facebook ads or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and cause potential confusion for customers.
No Facebook ads that link to our website or anything similar that would compete with our own paid marketing and drive up our costs and potentially cause confusion.
No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (ie. as an employee).
If it is found that a sale came from paid traffic on search engines including Google or Bing targeting Easy-Peasy.AI’s branded keywords, the Affiliate will be in violation of this agreement and commissions will NOT be paid and Affiliate’s link will be banned, making it no longer possible for Affiliate to track referrals and receive commissions.
If you are running search ads on Google or Bing, you must set negative keywords for "Easy-Peasy.AI", "Easy Peasy AI".
If it is found that the traffic sent to the Easy-Peasy.AI website is bot traffic or malicious in behavior, the Affiliate will be in violation of this agreement and commissions will NOT be paid and Affiliate’s link will be banned, making it no longer possible for the Affiliate to track referrals and receive commissions. This traffic is recognized by server errors or high traffic with extremely low conversion rates, often sent from bad ad networks or purchased email lists.
If Easy-Peasy.AI determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that any Sale was procured fraudulently or as a result of any violation of this Agreement or applicable law, no Commission will be paid for such Sale, and for past sales, such payment amounts shall be deducted from Your future Commissions, and Easy-Peasy.AI may terminate this Agreement immediately without Easy-Peasy.AI having any liability to You.
We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time.
